HISTORY
Wiggins Building Corporation was established in 1976 in Birmingham, AL. Originally named Scott & Wiggins Building Corporation, the new company was formed as a partnership between Vic Wiggins and his father-in-law, J. Gregg Scott, a bank executive and well known business man in Birmingham. Gregg Scott had been a long time partner with Birmingham Real Estate Developer H. Albert Awtrey and together they were responsible for many early residential developments in the surrounding suburbs of Birmingham.
In the early 1980's the company changed their name to Wiggins Building Corporation turning their focus towards commercial projects.
40 years later, Wiggins remains a force in the industry with the 3rd generation taking roles in leadership & operations.
